Cilantro 'Leisure'
(Coriander, Coriandrum sativum)
200 seeds $3.00
Cilantro 'Leisure' is a highly productive, slow-bolting variety. The finely cut leaves are large and very flavorful with a stronger flavor than grocery store cilantro. I grow this variety in my flower garden because the foliage makes a lovely filler between the perennials, and the small, white flowers attract beneficial insects .
Cilantro is popular in Indian and Mexican cuisine. The ground seeds (called coriander) are essential in curries. Cilantro is also a powerful medicinal herb used to remove toxic heavy metals from the body. Click here for instructions on how to use it .
