French Sorrel is a great plant to have in early spring when there is little else to eat. The leaves have a tangy, lemon flavor that's perfect for soups and salads. 

Harvest French Sorrel in spring before the plants bolt. Also known as Garden Sorrel. Hardy in zones 4-9.
