Linaria purpurea 'Canon Went' blooms throughout the summer with tall spikes of tiny, snapdragon-like flowers in the softest shade of baby pink. The narrow, gray-green foliage is also very attractive.

Linaria 'Canon Went' makes a nice  companion plant for roses . It self-sows lightly, and it blends with so many things that you will enjoy having it appear in different spots in the garden. It thrives in large  containers .

Like regular snapdragons, the flowers of Linaria 'Canon Went' are pollinated by bumblebees.

Also known as Linaria purpurea 'Canon J. Went'.  Drought tolerant  and  deer resistant . Hardy in zones 5-10.

Start Linaria purpurea seeds indoors 8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow on the surface. If no germination after 3-4 weeks, place in the fridge for 3 weeks. Full sun to part shade.
