Forget-me-not is a self-sowing  groundcover  for part shade, performing well underneath shrubs. It prefers rich, moist soil. 

The sky-blue flowers have a little circle of white or yellow at the center. The plants provide food for American Lady  butterfly  larvae. Hardy in zones 3-9.

Sowing Myosotis sylvatica Seeds

Sow seeds outdoors in late spring, or start  indoors  6 weeks before the last frost date. Barely cover the seeds with soil. Full sun to part shade.
