Papaver orientale 'Prince of Orange' has bright tangerine-orange flowers with dark blotches at the base of each petal. It's a lovely variety with a softer color than Poppy 'Brilliant' .
I've been very pleased with Oriental Poppy 'Prince of Orange' in my garden, and I enjoyed photographing the deliciously colored blooms. Hardy perennial in zones 3-9.
