Salvia 'Rose Rhapsody' blooms in May and June with many spikes of large, pink flowers. The two-tone flowers are light coral pink on the top part of the flower and lavender pink on the bottom part. The overall effect is soft pink. It repeat blooms if deadheaded, and it makes a great cut flower .
Salvia 'Rose Rhapsody' is a first-year flowering perennial that gets larger and bushier every year. It is very attractive to hummingbirds , butterflies and beneficial insects . The coarse, wrinkled leaves are distinguishing. Highly recommended for the cottage garden .
