Tithonia rotundifolia 'Torch' is a large, fast-growing, bushy annual with bright orange-red, daisy-like flowers. It blooms from late summer to frost, attracting butterflies , hummingbirds and beneficial insects to the garden.
Tithonia 'Torch' is easy to grow. It tolerates heat, drought and poor soil. It's a great plant for the back of the border. The tall stems are nice for cutting .
Also known as Tithonia rotundifolia 'The Torch', Mexican Sunflower and Golden Flower of the Aztecs. Native to Mexico. Deer resistant.
