Eggplant 'Rosita' (80 days)
40 seeds $3.00
Rosita eggplant is one of the most beautiful varieties we have ever grown. The teardrop-shaped, medium-size fruits are a lovely shade of lavender-pink. They grow to about 8" long and 4" wide. The white flesh has a mild flavor.
It's not as productive as some varieties, but it is generally satisfactory. It was developed in the 1940s by the Puerto Rico Agricultural Experiment Station.
