White Russian kale has large, jagged, blue-green leaves with white veins. It grows quickly, making it a great choice for a fall crop. The mild flavor sweetens with frost. Also good for baby greens. The vigorous plants grow to 24-30" tall.

Sowing White Russian Kale Seeds

Sow kale seeds outdoors in late spring to summer, 1/4" deep. Thin to 12" apart. Or start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Full sun to part shade.
