Giant Aconcagua is a huge, 11" x 2.5" pepper with a fruity flavor. It ripens from green to yellow, orange and red. Pick them when you can feel a bit of softness (before the bugs eat them). Wonderful fresh, stuffed, fried or roasted.

Start pepper seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow 1/4" deep. Transplant outside 2 weeks after the last frost date. Full sun. Spacing 15".
