Sweet Pea 'Flora Norton' (Lathyrus odoratus)

Flora Norton is an antique sweet pea with soft, clear blue flowers. It has the most delicious fragrance of any sweet pea I've ever smelled. It's not the strongest fragrance, but there's something particularly pleasing about it. It's a little less vigorous than our other heirloom varieties, but well worth growing.
Sweet Pea 'Flora Norton' was introduced by Morse & Vaughn in 1904.

Sowing Flora Norton Sweet Pea Seeds
Nick sweet pea seeds and soak overnight. Sow outdoors in early spring, 1" deep and 3" apart. In the south, sow in late fall. Full sun to part shade.
